ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Ramirez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
